Definitive were approached to manage a new company rebrand along with the direction of all new company marketing collaterals, from brochures and exhibition material to website and park signage.
Greens construct only the best quality Homes for those who wish to retire to a more tranquil lifestyle through to those who simply desire a luxury weekend retreat, and it was important that the new brand reflected the essence of the product.
Solution
We introduced a completely new 'feel' to the Greens product. With the creative weighted heavily on the experience a new resident would have, right from the point of reading a Greens brochure or visiting the website, through to the point of moving in and boiling that first cup of tea.
A new logo was launched to support the brand and all brochures / marketing material brought into line to suit.
Result
Now possessing the marketing material to back up the product, Greens found sales processing and completion dates cut by 20%. Feedback from customers was that all the required information on the product was now to hand right from the very initial enquiry.
