So you are thinking about using Def1nitive for your design work and you need to know if they are any good?

As a customer, Lhasa Limited is probably a bit of a pain in the neck.  Big ideas, short print-runs, small budget and of course, tight deadlines.  Despite this, Def1nitive have always been enthusiastic and responsive to our requests and have created a distinctive branding for Lhasa.  So much so, that at trade shows we have had competitors complimenting our materials and we now have to look out for copy-cat designs!

It has not always been plain sailing because we ask for complicated things (like the innovative product packaging) and we like them to be perfect.  Def1nitive have always responded to our problems, making a point of adapting their working methods to ensure the same issues do not recur.  That’s one of the reasons we keep going back to them.

Another reason we keep going back is their ability to produce work based on nothing – or on everything!  The guys at Def1nitive can take a vague outline of an idea and produce several concepts that really help us to understand what we need.  At the other extreme we often provide very detailed instructions for an item (content, size, shape, layout, colour…), from which the designers create something that meets all the specifications and then they add those extra design touches that transform it from functional to fantastic.

Oh, and they offer excellent value for money!
