In late 2005 we asked you to update our logo and business cards.

You came up with a unique 5-sided card which never fails to draw comments from customers. Upon presenting one to a graphic designer, he told me they were brilliant and that I should shake the hand of whoever came up with the idea.

I quoted a large firm of engineers for some work earlier this year competing against other electrical contractors, some much larger and better known than ourselves. In the last couple of weeks we have secured the first phase of their work worth £16k. Whilst the fact that we hold all the right registrations and qualifications and have the right experience will have contributed to our success, they told me that the thing that made us stick in their minds was our business card, for which Def1nitive Design & Media are wholly responsible.
